Our Story

We started NY Dolsang because we wanted to create a meaningful and tasteful dol for our son, Yejun. When we finished his doljanchi, we got a lot of requests from friends if they could replicate the same setup. As a designer with 10+ years of experience in packaging design, art direction, and styling, it felt natural to create a unique Dol experience for an individual child.
